The final haircut was ok, the cut fine and finish ok
Pleasant enough staff
On the negative side -I was offered a hot drink requested tea but it never arrived
-I was asked how I wanted my hair dried I said big and bouncy, but she dried it poker straight and limp- when asked if it was ok I said it was too flat- she said my hair was too thick and heavy to dry bouncy, she put a few curls in which did look nice anl I appreciated her trying to fix it
-Hair spray used horrible and sticky
