I was nervous when arriving, Olivia straight away put me at ease. She listened and understood where my areas of concern were for my fillers. I was scared it was going to hurt. She went through everything and explained the whole process. I felt a lot calmer. Her knowledge and experience was outstanding and I actually didn’t feel anything. The whole experience was lovely. Menopause didn’t treat my face kindly, I came out feeling a very confident new woman again. I would highly recommend Olivia
