Went to Carlene for a Lash Lift today and she was so so lovely! I’m always a bit nervous going into some beauty places due to past experiences but from the minute she messaged me to confirm my appointment I knew Carlene would be different! So friendly and really made me feel so welcome. My lashes look amazing! Such a positive experience. I will 100% be coming back and won’t be going anywhere else 🥰
