The shop is really clean and beautiful on the corner of Selly Oak. Carlene was very friendly from start to finish. It was my first ever Bikini wax (soft wax), and she was gentle, hence making it a (relatively) pain-free experience for me. She did a beautiful job overall, thank you! I would highly recommend going to her, if you ever need a round of waxing, as it is difficult to find good waxing technicians anywhere!

Haven’t had a Hollywood wax for over 2 months so thinking to do it was scary but the pain was very little which was amazing, very clean look. Super happy. Definitely my go to from now!

Such a lovely experience! I was made to feel at ease completely, my wax was perfect after so long I expected it to be painful but it wasn't really and Carlee was super professional! It was definitely needed! I think I'll definitely be a regular from now on!
