Charlene is genuinely the sweetest, most welcoming woman I’ve ever come accross. She is so professional but keeps you at ease the whole time and makes you feel comfortable. I will NEVER go to anybody else. I’m not even exaggerating when I say she is soooo thorough (and girls a Hollywood does include the back too if you want it FYI - I always tried to look for someone who included this).
