What a lovely salon; small but with plenty of colour and character. Both ladies who work there are very friendly and they made me feel welcome. Kelly did a fantastic job with my hair and didn't rush at all. I came away feeling really happy with my cut (I rarely go to hairdressers as I don't normally enjoy it) and I'll certainly be back!
The staff in Tuttii Fruitti were lovely and they are obviously extremely talented in what they do. If you're looking for a quirky, coloured hairstyle - I'm sure this would be the place for you, this is their speciality.
However, if you are looking for a basic trim and have a more normal hairstyle, I wouldn't recommend this salon. I have long hair and asked for just a trim with maybe a extra few layers. However I was given lots of very short layers that don't look very well blended into the rest of my hair. (My boyfriend has joked I got 'mulleted', haha!)
Also, the way my hair was styled was very weird. The hairdresser put some 'killer curls' product (even though my hair is straight) and blow dried my hair upside down - I came out looking like an unwashed cavewoman! So, so bizarre.
I don't mean to say a bad word against the staff, but if you're looking for a standard cut I would probably consider another salon.
