I had luxury conditioning hair cut and blow dry, it was ok, it's a shame that the wavy blow dry end up being straight hair right after left the salon. We booked with the barber as well for a beard trim and a hair cut, we've been messaged that the barber wasn't in for the day and a bit later that they were in. When we arrived we had the feeling that it was not a barber executing the cut, and definitely not the person we booked with or the name of the person we had an email confirmation and this whole situation felt a bit deceiving. The bird trim was quite irregular, but the lady was incredibly nice and did a good job with the hair. Staff is all very nice and welcoming so overall is a good experience.
