Just had a fantastic cut by Jodie. I’m usually very anxious when getting my hair cut but she instantly had me at ease. Great atmosphere, stunning decor, and most importantly a very competent and meticulous team!

Hello! I went back to tutti frutti after an amazing colour experience to get them to tidy up a shorter hair style I was trialling, and didn't originally like. The stylist made a few recommendations to what might work better for me, and was very patient when I wanted her to take a little bit off, check it, and then take a little bit more. It looks awesome now and I am loving a shorter do with a fringe- which is remarkable as I've had the same boring hair my whole adult life. Will be back soon for a blond boost!

I love the vibe of the tiny salon. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I have difficult hair to handle and Tutti always makes it a pleasant experience. She truly is an artistic professional and I trust her judgement and care all the time. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience here.
I booked a cut and colour with Margarita and left with curled hair. When I washed the hair myself and let it dry naturally it became obvious that the cut was really uneven. So much so that friends and family were commenting on how bad the hair cut was.
I contacted the salon, specifically asked for a different stylist and they offered to even it out for no extra charge with someone else.
When I arrived for my appointment for the re-cut, two of the people working there were busy cutting each others hair and I ended up with the SAME stylist, despite being promised someone else. She proceeded to not really even ask what I wanted and just to start chopping!
I didn’t feel able to complain at the time as it was a really awkward situation. I just let her cut the hair and left.
I really feel like they had an opportunity to redeem themselves here - they knew I was coming in at that time - but they completely didn’t.
When I got home I could see not only was my hair now much, much shorter than I wanted it, it was still very uneven. This is really unfortunate as I’m getting married soon and now my hair will be much shorter for all the photos which I’m very upset about.
I’ve complained and they have offered me a free cut and colour but after my experience last time with the free re-touch, obviously I don’t want to go.
