Haircut was great, though I was charged an additional £10 restyle fee which was not made clear beforehand. Also kept waiting 15mins despite being an early appointment.

Amazing haircut, even better than how I'd imagined it. Kalli did a great job and gave me advice on how I should cut my hair. She took off just as much as necessary!
