Shocking service - my hair was ‘washed’ in about 3 mins, my haircut last about 3 mins too where she cut off about double the amount I’d asked, despite showing her several times how much I wanted off. She attempted to ‘blow dry’ my hair which 1. Came out curly, despite asking for it straight, 2. She held the hairdryer so close to my head she was burning my scalp several times. She clearly wasn’t a hairdresser though the lady working next to me did look much better. Will never be coming back here again.

The staff were friendly however I’ve had a massage before and this one wasn’t as thorough/ didn’t get into my knots as much as I would’ve liked. Lovely place. Would go back however.
