Donna is a very skilled, caring, professional expert in skincare. She really knows her stuff. I had a lovely, relaxing facial with her and then she recommended products that are suitable for my skin type. Prior to my appointment, she had asked me to send details of my usual skincare routine and she tailored her recommendation on what to keep and what to change for best results. After the appointment, she contacted me to see how I was getting on and offered advice on further adjustments to make.
