Really disappointing experience. My Hydrafacial started late with almost no consultation. Product went into my eye and mouth, and when I said the machine was hurting my face, I was told it shouldn’t hurt. My biggest concern was hygiene. The therapist interrupted my facial to do another client’s pedicure, then appeared to return to my face wearing the same gloves. I also saw an open sharps container, stained towels and industrial blue tissue was used across my face.
