Unpleasant experience at TT Nails. Technician overlooked an infected nail and failed to advise that the treatment I pre-booked would not be suitable. Had to personally halt the treatment and request for the extensions removed. Manager declined to issue a partial refund of £19 for the difference cost and poor service. Customer care needs improvement. Been a loyal customer for over a year, but I won't be returning.
