Bad experience today… I booked an app for 5:15pm and waited until 5:35pm to be seen. When I was seen to repair my nail they did not have the colour available and this was only noticed when the nail was fixed, no one offered a solution or even an apology. I left the shop with no nail polish on my nail even though I paid full price for that service.
