Venue was very untidy and dirty, service was poor: the staff spent the full 45mins I was there talking to each other and not to the customers (the only time I was spoken to was when my manicurist asked what colour I wanted for my nails), sloppy job with the manicure - they didn't for example tidy up my cuticles and were clearly in a rush to finish for the day.

Overall good location. Atmosphere and staff are nice . I Did not have to wait at all.
But I booked for SNS and did not get a proper SNS . I got SNS plus gel on top which is not what my usual technician does . So after a week some bits are already falling apart as the resistance of the gel is different from the SNS !

The actual nails are cute but they gave me the wrong service that I paid for so I had to pay extra and it looked like they over booked themselves so everything felt a little rushed
