I rang the salon to inform them I was running late. I arrived 5 minutes past my booking time, and the salon was super busy. I had to wait about 10/15 minutes to be helped. I only came to remove my gellac and they were very aggressive (one of the men cut my finger and didn’t apologise, just said I was lucky it wasn’t bleeding). When the job was done and I had washed my hands, I saw there was still some of it left and so they said “I do what you want” in a very rude way. Won’t go back there.
