I tried here for the first time on Tuesday evening and will definitely be my go to from now on! Having been to a different salon locally I never left feeling pleased with my nails and it wasn’t an enjoyable experience. TT nails is a lovely salon, really friendly staff and they did such a good job on my nails. I also noticed how well he looked after my natural nails when applying where as previous salons have been so rough and damaged my nails.

Actual salon is really nice and has a relaxed and calming vibe. My nail treatment was not good, actual shaping of my nail was far from what I’m used to/expected. The gel polish used was quite low in quality which meant 3 coats had to be used making it extremely bulky even after it had been taken down. A young lady tried to make her best efforts to rectify which I really appreciate, if you go here, please go to her. She’s really good and I wish I did the whole process with her.

This experience has made me not want to visit again which is a shame as I’ve been visiting TT Nails for over 18 months. The gentleman who started doing my nails didn’t ask me any questions about length, shape etc so it felt really uncomfortable when I had to correct what he was doing. He made my nails all different lengths which another gentleman had to correct and it left me with really short nails. It was incredibly uncomfortable when there was an argument between staff when my nails were done
