I was definitely not happy, literally had to leave before let anyone finish my pedicure as I was informed that the therapist did not understand English,so that's the reason why he was not understanding what I was asking him. Also did not like to be seen by different people without even being informed why,the first therapist just got up and someone else sat and continue the job. I left with my toe bleeding, no hard skin removed or nail polish applied and wasn't even offered some kind of refund.
