Alice seemed very knowledgeable straight away. After spending an hour on my feet, she told me all the problems that I thought I had and gave me suggestions for when I feel in pain. If I get the chance, I will definetely go back !!
Reflexology
This was my first time trying reflexology, which I decided to try as I'd heard it could be helpful for anxiety.
I was treated by Alice, who immediately put me at ease. The massage itself was a very calming experience, and she even taught me some techniques I could use to massage my own hands whenever I am feeling anxious.
I will definitely be visiting again!
Reflexology
This is my 4th massage with TruthPie in a 2 month period and while there are sizeable knots now to work out, almost all the tension (of which there was a huge amount at the start) in my back and shoulders has now gone. Very impressed.
