Had an appointment at 12, was there 5 minutes early and rang the intercom multiple times, ended up spending around 20 minutes waiting outside with no answer and had to leave a message on the intercom. I’m not sure if Margaret just missed my booking or wasn’t at the venue which is a big shame as I was looking forward to my appointment.
