Probably the most effective massage I’ve had. I had a stiff neck for days and it expanded to the back yesterday. Booked an urgent treatment with Vincent for a 30 mins deep tissue massage. Very professional massage. Can feel he was hitting every right spot. Felt much better immediately after. And this morning my entire back felt back to normal.

I have been regularly going to get lymphatic drainage following surgery and it has been very helpful. Vincent is extremely knowledgeable.

I came in with very bad pain in my shoulders and back. I left feeling so much better. Vincent is amazing! Highly recommend. Very thorough and attentive. Best sports massage I’ve had in a long time!

My second reflexology session with Vincent. Since my first session I no longer wear a support bandage on my foot during winter. Pain has reduced by 90%. I returned for a top up session and will go back again in a couple of months. Vincent is excellent. He is no longer in Lewisham. Over in Old Street now which takes me longer to travel to but it is worth it as he is really good!
