We arrived on time for our appointment, however the store was pretty much closed. The staff were grabbing coats and jackets and closing the store, The hairdresser kept us waiting, They performed a very rushed and unprofessional haircut on our baby daughter and pretty much couldnt wait to be finished to leave. She did not make the baby feel comfortable, she didnt wet the hair so bits of hair were all over babys face and eyes. Hairdresser didnt even attempt to brush it off the cut hair.

Hodan was absolutely fantastic! She cut my daughter's curly hair perfectly. She gave me wonderful advice on curly hair care and, above all, she was extremely friendly and kind. She really put my daughter at ease. I highly recommend her; she is a fantastic stylist and a lovely human being.
