We go to Trotters since my son was 3yrs old, he’s 5 now. We go to the Chelsea one, first time here in Westfield and Rosie the hairdresser couldn’t make him feel comfortable - he was screaming and her attitude was horrible. The haircut is now horrible

Monika was great as my son seemed agitated and fidgety. But she did a fab job of cutting his hair quickly and trying to keep him calm

The staff is really experienced and kids love coming to the shop. The appointments are a bit tight though, they should be a bit longer to settle nervous kids
