Having had my sons hair cut a good few times at the Westfield branch and had different stylists, I wasn’t fussed about having an appointment with a stylist we hadn’t used before however I won’t be doing that again. Wasn’t impressed with her brutal and fast approach to the hair cut. She didn’t trim it in to the style it was it. She literally did as she please, hacked at my toddlers hair and dished out her opinion which I hadn’t asked for. I wanted my sons hair the way it had previously been done.
