I wouldn’t go here again. My boys first haircut. They didn’t settle him in or put a gown on him and started cutting with me holding him down and I had hair all over me. Terrible experience.

Charlotte was amazing and so understanding. It was my little girls first haircut and Charlotte looked after us really well and helped my little one feel at ease. She took her time and kept checking we were ok. My little one doesn't like hairdryers and Charlotte respected that

Charlotte was absolutely exceptional! She was friendly, skilled, lovely and I truly felt that she loves her job and the kids and families that she is with.
