Jordanna was very pleasant and seems to be very good with kids. Although my 2 year old son resisted at first, how she conducted herself and her tone of voice made him relax and Jordanna was able to do a proper haircut without much struggle. Jordanna was also wearing a mask and a face shield which made me, as a mum, feel a bit more safe.

This was my daughter’s first haircut. Charlotte was really everything I had wished for! Really considerate and friendly, excellent manner with my daughter and took her time to deliver what I actually wanted from the cut. Would recommend! The certificate and photo opportunity at the end was a lovely touch and did not feel rushed at all.
While I was there I also saw another hairdresser at work with a younger crying child- she was equally reassuring and even managed to calm the child down.
