This was our sons first haircut. He was not having a bar of it but Hodan was attentive, adaptive and after a few minutes our son calmed down so she could cut it. Our son also has thin and whispy hair which we needed guidance on styling and Hodan did a great job! We will be coming back in the future.

I rarely leave negative reviews, as I understand everyone can have an off day, and I’ve been a regular customer at Trotters Westfield and Chiswick for years without issue.
However, this visit was disappointing. The hairdresser seemed impatient with my son, commenting on his movement and sunscreen, which made us uncomfortable. The haircut was also poor: an uneven fringe and hair left around the ears, so it already needs fixing.
I’ve always trusted Trotters, so this fell short of expectations.
