Charis was exceptional. We told her that in his previous haircuts our son (who isn’t yet two) didn’t like the sound of clippers so she used scissors for the whole haircut. She was so good and gentle that he didn’t really flinch at all and at the end when she tried the clippers to neaten his sideburns he let her do so without even noticing! No tears - absolutely amazing! Thank you Charis! :)
