WORSE HAIRCUT !! on the 22.04.21 i took my 17 months old boy for his first haircut. What meant to be a nice experience, ended up with traumatizing my boy. The hairdresser had no patience and she was keep on asking me to hold his hands tight. Didn't give him time to calm down. My boy was crying/screaming because of the 2 cuts he got on his neck from the trimmer. The manager then said :"it happens all the time when the child is small". She was RUDE and she kept on talking over me! NEVER AGAIN
