Fadua really put our son at ease and he sat still the whole time! She was very attentive and showed him the fish and turned him around to watch people passing to keep him entertained. She gave her advice on the cut as my son has 2 crowns and 2 cow flicks and we’re so happy with the result! The other team in store at the time were very professional and welcoming. We loved his certificate and badge with a lock of his hair, so thoughtful!

All of our three kids had their first hair cuts at trotters. We have kept all 3 first haircut certificates. Our 2 girls only wants their hair done at trotters. They love how special they are treated. The ambience of the place really helps a lot too. When our baby boy had his hair done, he was crying like there's no tomorrow but luckily the hair dresser was really efficient in what she does. The managed to cut our 12month old boy's hair nicely very quickly.. it was amazing!!!
