Absolutely Phenomenal Service! My daughter was completely at ease, they spoke so nicely to her and kept her still and happy the whole appointment, her haircut was lovely, she even got a little braid in at the end (usually my daughter won't let anyone touch her hair to tie it up at all so a french braid was a miracle! She loved it!) We got a little certificate and a lock of hair to keep, plus some advice on how to look after her thin wavy hair. Can't recommend them enough, I'll be back!

This was one of the worst experiences.
I made it VERY clear at the start of treatment that i only wanted a small amount of my sons hair trimmed. She took most of it off completely disregarding what i wanted. She blamed the haircut on him being distressed by the whole experience - it was rushed and impersonal. I have been incredibly upset since the appointment- completely ruined the memory and experience of my sons first haircut. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
