Customers were not the priority in the shop. We were left standing around for awhile. The person at the counter was not particularly polite. We had nowhere to sit when we waited. The floor was covered in food from another child near the hair cut area. It was very expensive (much more than our typical salon), but the service was much worst. The haircut was fine, but not anything better than we receive at a standard salon which actually is more accommodating.

Usually always have a good experience here, my son is suspected ASD so doesn’t love having his hair cut and it can be difficult. Unfortunately this time appointments were running late (20+ mins) by which time my son was really struggling. Then a random woman pushed in front of me because her kid had blue tack in her hair. Luckily my son just about managed to sit for the haircut after all this with my phone as a distraction, but I was stressed by this point! The haircut itself looks very nice
