Charlotte was amazing with my little boy. (First hair cut) the cut was exactly as I had hoped for. Really friendly and welcoming. Will defo be booking Charlotte from now on! Also the other lady (sorry didn’t get her name) was wonderful too, very polite and professional went straight away to write out my little ones certificate! Thank you trotters for a wonderful experience and haircut

Charlotte was great from the start, made my 3yo (and me) feel at ease for her first haircut. She talked to and checked in with my daughter to make sure she was ok. Charlotte was quick with the trim (all 3cm of it haha) and we all had a great experience.
