The hairdressers are always so attentive and caring towards my son and I. My son finds it very challenging and distressing to have his haircut. The hairdressers here are aware of this and we can see they try their absolute best to distract him and make him and us feel more at ease. My husband and I would like to thank you for providing a caring environment.

there wasnt any disinfecting of any equipment or chair in between hair appointments.
She was a bit rough with my son, he looked uncomfortable while she brushed his hair quite roughly.

Hair Stylist was a little new, so had to constantly take advice from another senior colleague. But, other than that, everything else was fine.
