I thought I was running late to appointment as there was tubes delays. Spent about 20min trying to get through on their number & itwas always engaged!
Arrived in time & was told the phone lines were down all day. If I had missed appoint, I would have lost appoint, & had to pay again!
Vali took 30min (too long, he was tired & agitated now)to cut my 2yo boys hair.I don't recommend her. She didn't cut short enough & didn't use the clippers.His cuts lasts 3mth,but her cut was outgrown within 1mth

Appointment was on time. Anja is great and would recommend her. She's works really well with my toddler, friendly and warm, is able cut and anticipate when he starts to wiggle with ease, she also cuts within time slot.. sticker and gold coin offered. Thank you
