Really friendly and kind especially for a first haircut. She did a beautiful plait for my daughter too which she now won't let me take out!

We were met with a warm welcome by staff who realised that another customer was using our slot. This was sorted out very swiftly.
The hair stylest did a great job and took our feedback on board.
