Our 4 year old hates getting his haircut but the trotters team made it easy

Charollete is perfect. My son was crying hysterically but she was so patient. She didn’t even say that it was taking time. She made sure that my son got the best haircut.

I took my daughter here for her first haircut and the stylist absolutely ruined the experience. The stylist was not pleasant, she was extremely rude and when it was pointed out that we were not happy, she started to aggressively cut my one year old’s hair which made my heart race! It’s a shame because the cut wasn’t bad at all in the end however we all left feeling quite upset about how horrible the stylist was. When working with very young children, you wouldn’t expect that type of behaviour.
