My son has a disability and cutting his hair is always a challenge for the hairdresser. The hairdresser at Trotters exceeded my expectations and gave my son the best hair cut he’s had. My son moves an awful lot and holds his head but the hairdresser was patient, respectful, VERY skilled and fun! My son absolutely loved her! The atmosphere was lovely and so were all the staff. Will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend to everyone I know

The haircut wasn’t as we wanted even thought she kept re assuring us that she understood what we wanted.
Also I had initially booked 2 haircuts and upon arrival the manager giti came out and told me she is cancelling one appointment due to the hairdresser being behind schedule, also she was a very rude manager and was failing to understand that the problem was from their end. My other child was very dis heartened by this as it was both of theirs 1st haircut which they wanted together.
