We had a great service by charlotte. My son is usually very scared of haircut but she explained everything she was going to do before hand and made him very comfortable. We very happy with the haircut and aarushan wants to come back to charlotte for his next hair cut😊

My wife said I'm here for my sons haircut (we were late due to the amount of congestion at the car park at Westfield). The receptionist replied with 'you're late' in an abrupt manner.
Hodan (the hairdresser) quickly came over to my wife and re-scheduled the appointment very quickly.
Hodan did a great job on my sons hair.
Might be worth re-iterating to front line staff that they are the front of the company.
Trotters were late during a previous appointment, I was not rude to them or abrupt.
