My son came in for a regular haircut (he's 3 yrs old but very good at the hair dressers). I told the hairdresser how I'd like to cut his hair as he has very straight hair ie use scizzors and not too much off the front so it can be combed to the side. I said he can use a trimmer at the base of his head and sides but that's it. The hairdresser ignored that and used clippers. He also went to high at the back so my sons hair stands up now and also cut it in a wave at the top so it looks odd.

I’ve usually had good experiences with my daughter’s haircuts @ Trotters, however, this time her hair was cut by a new hairdresser who did not wet her hair properly and did not check if the cut was even. She has curls and when she got home that night, I noticed a completely uneven haircut that I had to fix myself. Not a great experience.
