Terrible haircut... My husband didn't realise how bad the haircut on my daughter was until they came home. This is our second bad experience with Sulla. She once asked me if I had cut my daughter's hair myself and she was livid when I replied "No, you were the one who cut it last". Will probably no longer go to Trotters Westfield for haircut.

All the staff at Trotters were friendly and helpful. The hairdresser was wonderful with my little girl and made her feel comfortable especially since this was my daughter's first haircut.

We had a great service by charlotte. My son is usually very scared of haircut but she explained everything she was going to do before hand and made him very comfortable. We very happy with the haircut and aarushan wants to come back to charlotte for his next hair cut😊
