Charlotte was fantastic, supporting us through out even though our little boy really hates his haircut. She managed to get it cut and it looked so smart and professional despite a little boy resisting and crying. You're in excellent hands with Charlotte and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her every time. Thanks so much for all you did on the day to support us - you never made us feel embarrassed about our little one feeling anxious or crying a lot.
