Amazing service as always. My son has special needs, and Hodan works so well around him. He is getting better at remaining calm during haircuts here now.

Lovely first haircut for a 5 year old girl - great explanation of the process, checked throughout that we were happy with the cut/ style. As for the 5 year old, she loved her haircut, and the chocolate coin (!!) and raved about the experience to her friends at school the following day.

Alicia was great. First time using her as our usual hairdresser was off sick and I was abit hesitant using someone new after past experience but she knew exactly what she was doing and did exactly what I had asked rather than what she felt was best. I would definitely recommend and use her again. Thankyou Alicia
Boys' Haircuts
My son was very calm and I was expecting a nice haircut by the stylist. However, the cut was really bad and she even made a scar on his forehead by the machine and when I told her, she said it was there. I didn't want to have a argument and we left.
They normally give chocolate to the kids at the end but she didn't do that either. I went to Kensington branch before and they were really good but do not recommend the Westfield one
