Very physical with my child which made my child feel very uncomfortable. Did not seek permission of my child before rubbing her back - although she was trying to console my child, might not be the most appropriate means to do so without asking.

The haircut was poor. One side is longer the other side shorter, looks like a broom. Hairdresser didn’t suggest anything and the money we pay for it didn’t reflect the quality at all. In the end, she could try at least to arrange the hair ..never again Trotters.
