Hodan was very friendly and she helped my son feel comfortable as well, even though he really hates the hair dryer and the hair cutting machine. We loved the end result! Thanks a lot, Hodan!

I was late but Charlotte was very accommodating. I choose Trotters as we have excellent experience at their Clapham stores in the past. I was shocked that from start the hairdresser shaved my toddler son hair. In past experiences, his hair were cut with scissors and only shaved at the back for a quick tidying up. It wasn't the haircut we wanted and were both a bit shocked by the experience. We won't be back!
