This was my little one's first hair cut, and all what I can say is that Charlott was just amazing. Very experienced, quick, friendly, and she knows how to get away with stress and cry. My son gave her bad time because of sudden movements, but she managed to stay calm. Thanks Charlott and apologies for the inconvenience.
