The hairdresser did a terrible job and was rough and impatient with my 2.5 yr old who did her best to sit still and follow instructions. When I pointed out that the back and sides were completely mismatched in length, she said it was because my daughter was tilting her head (surely not so uncommon when working with children..) Upon completion she put clips in her hair without asking and without telling us they cost £4 each - which they then tried to charge us for at the till. Avoid this place.
