A sales staff, a blonde girl, just had a smirk one min and a fake smile the next.
A hairdresser, Hodan was doing a relatively good job cutting but “welcomed “ me and my child with sighs when she saw that my child has a lot of hair and then proceeded to ask me if she can cut another customer’s hair. I refused as I specifically needed Hodan to cut my child’s mixed race hair. As she was really good previously. I booked two appointments to allow for that.
I felt terrible, angry and humiliated.

It was my little ones first time and I expected tears, but once he was in the chair it took a while to actually get going which made it worse and harder to cut his hair. Also for the price, I just don’t think it was worth it. I won’t be going back sadly.
