We had quite an unpleasant experience which was such a shame because we were so excited for our baby’s first haircut. Maybe the stylist was having a bad day, but it’s made us not want to go back to Trotters.

Charlotte was amazing with my little boy. (First hair cut) the cut was exactly as I had hoped for. Really friendly and welcoming. Will defo be booking Charlotte from now on! Also the other lady (sorry didn’t get her name) was wonderful too, very polite and professional went straight away to write out my little ones certificate! Thank you trotters for a wonderful experience and haircut
