My 3 year old daughter loves Charlotte. We've come quite a few times vecause I feel like it is easier to talk to her and she gets what I ask for better than with other hairdressers elsewhere. She also communicates very well with kids. At home we often play "hairdresser doctor" (a thing my daighter made up) where she pretends to be Charlotte and lines up a queue with all her dolls and one by one they come for a hair trim and a health check and get pretend stickers and chocolate if they behave.

Highly recommend Charlotte. She was kind and friendly to my daughters. Very experienced and quick . The haircut looked great and she helped me arrange a photo of them as a momento at the end.

Perfect experience, little guy was happy to play with the toys provided and of course the fish.
Hairstylist was lovely and efficient, she could be more interactive with the little guy too.
The first haircut certificate was a great touch if it could be a print out would’ve been much better.
We’ve been a customer since the little guy was born overall we like the products and the staff.
