A sales staff, a blonde girl, just had a smirk one min and a fake smile the next. A hairdresser, Hodan was doing a relatively good job cutting but “welcomed “ me and my child with sighs when she saw that my child has a lot of hair and then proceeded to ask me if she can cut another customer’s hair. I refused as I specifically needed Hodan to cut my child’s mixed race hair. As she was really good previously. I booked two appointments to allow for that. I felt terrible, angry and humiliated.

Hogan did a great job at my son’s first haircut. She was calm, professional and she worked quickly. He also seemed to enjoy it!
