We love Elif, she does a great job with my son's hair, the only person to date that hasn't made his hair look like a mushroom. She seemed knowledgeable and was able to explain his crown and the way his hair sits etc and how best to cut accordingly.

Charlotte was very rude and had a manner not fit for children. Hodan took over thankfully and was lovely.
